Orvy Child Safety Standards

Orvy has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. Orvy is strictly an 18+ platform, and content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or targets minors is never permitted — in Thoughts, profiles, chat messages, or anywhere else on Orvy.

What's Prohibited

• Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), in any form;
• Any content that sexualizes or sexually exploits minors;
• Attempting to contact, groom, or solicit anyone believed to be a minor;
• Any other content or behavior that endangers or exploits children.

Our Commitment

• All users must confirm they are at least 18 years old before they can use Orvy;
• Every Thought is automatically screened before publishing, and our systems are designed to flag content associated with CSAE/CSAM for expedited, high-priority review;
• If we identify or are notified of a CSAE/CSAM violation, we will immediately remove the content and/or account, preserve relevant information as legally required, and report the matter to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or law enforcement, as required or appropriate.

You can report any Thought or user directly in the app, or contact us at orvy10@outlook.com. We review all safety reports and do not disclose a reporter's identity to the reported user.
